BMFA Northern Area Fixed Wing & Helicopter Examiners Workshop
The Northern Area BMFA committee in conjunction with the achievement scheme review committee (ASRC) are holding a fixed wing and helicopter examiners workshop to be held at Dishforth Airfield on Sunday 26th April from 10.30am.
The purpose of the workshop is to allow Club Examiners, Area Chief Examiners and members the opportunity to witness candidates practicing the A, B and C Certificate maneuvers and then discuss each maneuver’s points and merits compared with that detailed in the Achievement Scheme Guidance / Examiners material. The workshop is not designed to test examiners but to encourage examiners and pilots through discussion.
There have been recent changes to both the Helicopter A and B certificates and this workshop will give the chance to discuss and witness the changes first hand. We also hope to have a demonstration of the C aerobatics certificate.
We would like to encourage as many Chief examiners and club examiners as possible to attend this workshop to help promote a level playing field for test candidates.
For security purposes at Dishforth we require your full name, BMFA number and Car registration details, so if you are able to attend please fill out the attendance form and post to
