MID WEST AREA COMMITTEE MEETINGS
All meetings, with the exception of the AGM, begin at 7.30pm sharp so that we do not finish too late. Many delegates have a long drive home.
The Mid West Area is very large stretching from South Birmingham, taking in Gloucester and Wiltshire north of the M4, right across to Haverfordwest. We spread the venues of the meetings to give as many clubs as possible the chance to attend.
All clubs are urged to send a representative and all Mid West Area Officers are requested to attend. Travelling expenses are paid for one car per club so there is little excuse for not sending a delegate. If you require any special items to be added to the Agenda please let me know prior to the meeting.
There is always spare space available on the minutes and since these go out to every club you can use them to get any message across. The minutes are prepared three weeks before the meetings so why not send me flyers of your club open events for example.
