Warrington Model Club is a model club located close to the centre of Warrington, Cheshire. The club chiefly concentrates on radio control model flying and all aspects of R/C flying are encouraged. The club is affiliated to the BMFA and typically has 100-120 members. The aims of the club are to promote the safe enjoyment of model flying in the Warrington area.The club operates a well maintained grass flying strip adjacent to the River Mersey at Gatewarth Farm, Sankey Bridges. Beginners to the hobby are encouraged and flying instruction is available from volunteer club instructors, using the BMFA "Up and Away" scheme

Northampton Model Aero Club, founded in 1932 is one of the longest established in the country. We hold regular weekly meetings, where discussions, presentations and indoor flying events are organised. We have two flying sites, one with virtually unrestricted access and the other for every other Sunday. We fly fixed wing RC power (electric and IC) and powered gliders. The slopes cater for wind directions W, SW and NW. The club is a founder member of the Wessex Scale League.
