North Anston Society of Aeromodellers (http://www.nasa0406.org.uk/)
Our club is situated on Woodsetts Road, North Anston, next to the Butterfly Farm which is sign posted on the A57/North Anston crossroads. We have two grass runways on a small private field we have used since 1967. There are flying restrictions for safety reasons and noise limitation, and we are therefore limited to the size and type of models we fly. Our main flying time is Sunday afternoon and we ask potential new members to make their initial contact between 2pm and 5pm on the field on Sundays, or by telephone to a club official.

Nuneaton Model Helicopter Club (http://www.nuneatonmodelhelicopterclub.com)
Nuneaton Model Helicopter Club was created to bring together people who enjoy flying radio controlled helicopters. Being part of a club helps us spread the knowledge and techniques learnt by us as individuals and share them as a group, therefor limiting mistakes and this in turn helps keep the cost of flying down. Another factor to think about is the safety aspect . Our club and many other clubs provides safety guidance, this guidance rules out those accidents that are just waiting to happen. When I think about it I could probably write a book on the mistakes that I made in the early stages of learning that were quite expensive mistakes. This was because I did not have anyone to fall back on when anything went wrong , I had to learn from my own mistakes which in turn made learning very slow.Joining a club is a must if you want to progress safely and quickly. Our club provides its own helicopter set up for training and buddy boxed transmitters so that we have full control over you why you are learning to fly.

Oxford MFC is unusual these days, as it is a truly multi-discipline club: Indoor F/F and R/C, RTP, Control-line, Freeflight, R/C, Rockets, Airships. It has a large, historic flying site with model flying since before WW1! Membership includes competition and fun flyers, experts and novices, young and old. New members are welcome - we have no entry requirements other than an interest in model flying and agreement to fly quietly and safely. Monthly evening meetings include visiting speakers, BBQ, and workshops. We run two freeflight rallies and four indoor meetings annually and our electric RTP team visits exhibitions, fetes, and schools.
