It isn't a real shop, their only land address is a PO box. Bought a clock that never arrived. It take me 20 days before getting an answer to my emails, I had to pay their 0845 phone (and let a message to an answering machine). I discovered that when they sent me the parcel they "forgot" to write my company name on the label so it got lost. I double checked my profile on the website and my company name IS in the address I asked the parcel to be sent.
