F4C (R/C Scale) World Championships
We are pleased to report international competition success for the British Team attending the F4C (R/C Scale) World Championships held at Wloclawek, Poland (11th – 20th July, 2008).
The team have achieved Bronze medal, with Silver going to Switzerland and Gold going to the Czech Republic.
Individual results were as follows:
Peter McDermott FSMAE - DH9A - 4th place
Dave Knott - Hawker Hurricane - 9th place
Dave Womersley - DeHavilland Chipmunk - 21st place
In the Large Scale class, Peter McDermott achieved Gold medal position with his magnificent DH9A.
Team Manager was Gordon Warburton FSMAE.
