Covid Restrictions Update – Wales & Scotland from 13/3/2021

Wales

The overarching stay-at-home restriction will be replaced with a new, interim, stay local rule in Wales. This will mean people can leave their homes and travel within their local areausually within five miles – but this will be flexible, particularly for people who live in rural areas and for those whose nearest shops and public services are further away.

Outdoor sports facilities can reopen, including model flying club sites. A maximum of four people from two households can take part in activities using local flying sites.

Scotland

Local outdoor informal recreation and sport is permitted. This can be in groups up to a maximum of 4 people from a maximum of 2 households.

Outdoor recreation can start and finish at a place in your local authority area (or up to 5 miles from its boundary).
